Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant with a marketing background to join a client's team in California. This role requires an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for marketing and a knack for tracking and analyzing data. The position is located onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Marketing Administrative Assistant, supporting marketing initiatives and administrative tasks.
  • Track and manage key metrics such as cost per lead, dead leads, converted leads, and sales ratios.
  • Analyze lead conversion performance and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to support the marketing team's goals and objectives.
  • Utilize Excel to track and analyze marketing data effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to convert dead leads and enhance sales performance.
  • Work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain an organized approach to managing marketing tasks and projects.
  • Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is required.
  • At least 2 years of recent administrative experience in a marketing environment.
  • Strong background and proficiency in Excel for data tracking and analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.

Required Work Hours

The position requires a commitment from Monday to Friday, with standard first shift hours.
